At UCOgear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original bags or boxes and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
